Our efforts span sales training, freelancing, and large-scale IT training under nationally recognized initiatives. Below are some of our key contributions:

📈 Partner Sales Person Skill Development Program

In partnership with Smart Technologies (BD) Ltd., we delivered the Sales Skill Development Training Program for sales professionals in the North Zone. Conducted entirely online, the training focused on developing core competencies in tech product sales, client engagement, negotiation, and communication skills. Participants learned how to represent ICT products effectively, understand customer pain points, and deliver value-driven pitches in both retail and B2B scenarios.

🌐 Freelancing Training for 500+ Students (During COVID-19 Lockdown)

During the nationwide lockdown caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, HashTag stepped in to offer online freelancing training to over 500 students, enabling them to develop income-generating skills from home. The training covered:

• Freelancing platforms overview (Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer)

• Portfolio building and proposal writing

• Client communication strategies

• Basics of WordPress, graphic design, and digital marketing

• Payment methods and work delivery

This timely initiative helped many young learners start earning remotely during a critical economic period.

🎓 LEDP 2020 – Learning and Earning Development Project (Lot-2)

In collaboration with HyperTag Solutions Ltd., we provided hands-on training to 960 students across 48 batches under LEDP 2020, Lot-2, one of the country’s most impactful government skill development projects.
Key domains taught:

• Graphic Design – Photoshop, Illustrator, branding, and visual content creation

• Digital Marketing – SEO, social media marketing, content strategy, email marketing

• Web Design & Development – HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, WordPress

Our approach combined technical education with career coaching, project-based learning, and post-training support to prepare participants for the global freelance market.
