Nuxt IT was honored to contribute to the advancement of future-ready tech skills by organizing and leading a Machine Learning Internship Program under a prestigious initiative governed by EDGE Bangladesh. This initiative was run in collaboration with the Institute of Information Technology (IIT), University of Dhaka, one of the most respected tech education institutions in the country, and was successfully executed at HashTag Research & Technology Ltd.

🚀 About the Program

The internship was designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry-ready machine learning applications. Spanning over a year, from September 2023 to November 2024, this intensive program catered to a carefully selected group of 20 highly motivated students who demonstrated a passion for artificial intelligence and data-driven technologies.

The program was led by Md Rashedul Islam, CEO and Senior Full Stack Developer at Nuxt IT, who brought deep expertise in full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, and AI technologies. His guidance ensured that students not only learned the theoretical aspects but also applied them to real-world scenarios through capstone projects and guided labs.

The internship curriculum followed a structured, progressive learning path that took students from foundational knowledge to advanced machine learning applications:

🧪 Practical Learning

Students participated in lab-based sessions where they worked on multiple datasets sourced from public repositories and real industry use cases. The learning was highly interactive and application-focused, emphasizing experimentation, debugging, and performance evaluation.

Each student was guided through the process of:

• Designing an end-to-end machine learning pipeline
• Training and optimizing models using TensorFlow
• Evaluating accuracy, precision, and recall metrics
• Deploying lightweight models and visualizing results
• Documenting code and writing project reports

🏆 Internship Outcome

By the end of the program, all 20 students had successfully completed:

• A capstone project based on a real-world problem statement
• A model report and codebase submission hosted on GitHub
• A presentation and demo session evaluated by a technical panel

The internship concluded with a certification ceremony acknowledging the successful completion and skill acquisition of each participant.
